All international airlines are operating at T1, and all domestic airlines are operating at T3. T2 is currently closed for renovation processes. Please refer to the links for more information about which airlines are in which terminal.

Depending on the airlines’ requirements, check-in counters usually open 2 hr to 2.5 hr before the ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) of respective flights.

Off-airport check-in service is not available at YIA. Check-in services are handled by the respective airlines.

“Left Baggage Service” counters are located at the Terminal 1 public area near Exit 7 and open around the clock. For more information, dial the YIA Left Baggage Service Counter at 09-9670591.

YACL offers a free shuttle bus between the T1 and T3. There are two locations – Opposite of Gate 3 for T1 and Opposite of Departure Door 1 for T3.

For arrival, the immigration counters are located at the ground floor of the arrival area.

For departure, the immigration counters are located on the 1st floor of the departure area.

The immigration procedures are the valid passport, visa (if required), and other travel documents.

YIA has 2 baggage wrapping service counters at T1 Public Area and 1 baggage wrapping service counter at T3 Public Area. The service charge starts from 5,000 MMK to 15,000 MMK per item depending on its size.

Please search the Wi-Fi network (WiFI@YIA for T1 and WiFI@YIAT3 for T3) and register. Then, you can get the 30 minutes free Wi-Fi service at YIA.

Parking A and B, Coach Parking, Night Parking, and Taxi Pools are located opposite International Terminal.

Meet and Greet Porter Service Counter at T1 near Gate (4) and T3 near Gate (1). The service charge is free.

Grab Airport Taxi Service available for both International and Domestics Terminals of Yangon International Airport. Travellers can avail the Grab Taxis with their own Grab App or via the Web-Booking Services by Grab Taxi Service Counters inside the terminals and also advise the travellers to the designated waiting area.
